Season #66

A short “teaser” video previewing the Santa Barbara Symphony’s 2019-20 season of concerts featuring their usual diverse range of musical (and in the case of March – visual) offerings. There will be two pops concerts as well as music by Mozart, Mahler, Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, Paganini, Wolfe, Torke, Gilbertson, Debussy, Poulenc, Saint-Saëns, Brahms, a screening of “An American in Paris” with Gershwin’s immortal score performed live, all ending with a celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday in May. Orchestral performances you won’t want to miss. Creating these videos is a challenge, especially in this case syncing the visuals of Maestro Nir Kabaretti conducting to music different from what was being performed at the time of capture.
