Haydn, Mozart and Dohnanyi

The last Camerata Pacifica performance at Hahn Hall of the Donna Jean Liss Season of Concerts was quite a contrast to April’s concert, diving back into the 18th and 19th century chamber rep for some gems by Haydn and Mozart, and finished with Hungarian Erno Dohnanyi’s first published composition. Warren Jones, Ani Aznavoorian, Adrian Spence, Paul Huang, Richard O’Neill and Giora Schmidt were in top form. Wonderwoman Donn Jean Liss and long-time supporter Doris Blethrow were both enthusiastically honored by Camerata founder and artistic director Adrian Spence and the audience.
