Photos from a day of honing and perfecting as the Kate Weare Company and Union Tanguera were in the middle of week three of their residence at the Lobero Theatre creating a new work. Exploring the unlikely intersection between Argentine Tango and North American Contemporary Dance, both companies are stretching their normal boundaries to make something different and exciting, like using chairs as partners for some unusual Tango moves.
