A roundup of some photos from Opera Santa Barbara’s recent production of Madama Butterfly, beginning with their open rehearsal at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Sunken Gardens, a relaxed and amiable presentation of some highlights from the opera. Things moved to the Granada Theatre for the splendid production featuring great singing, orchestra and scenic design highlighted by projected animations.
