David Watson Dugan passed away peacefully on November 13,2022 at the age of 94.He was born in Edmonton,Alberta September 26, 1928 to Mel and Rosamund Watson.Dad was later adopted by Arnold Dugan when his Mom Rosamund re married.Dad spent his childhood growing up in Ontario and Seven Islands Quebec.
